    I need to get on with some chores around the house myself today - keep putting it off, but must knuckle down today. This place is a digrace lol

    hi sazbo, you must have needed the sleep hun, hope you feel nice and refreshed after it. nothing planned for today, just tidying the house, and putting things up in loft, builder just rang, they are starting work on the house on thurs morning, hopefully it should only be two days work, then the decorating will have to begin.
    ccstar, glad to hear that you had a good weekend. never been to scotland myself yet, but have booked a holiday there for may this year.

    Where are you going?

    It is lovely in Scotland in May - the days are longer and it isn't a million miles from Yorkshire.
    An average day in my life:hello: :eek::mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T :o :rotfl: :rotfl: :p :eek::mad: :beer:
    I am no expert in property but have lived in many types of homes, in many locations and can only talk from experience.

    Life is too short to keep a clean house :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    If you HAVE to do it, do a little bit, don't make yourself finish but if you do, it will feel great - just keep anything or anyone away that will mess it up again:mad:

    :rotfl:Never a truer word CC! Good advice, I will see how much I can get done today. But honestly, I swear the place just gets in a state by itself! :confused::D

    hi steph, sorry to hear that you are feeling angey right now.
    have you asked him why he took his mate instead of you?
    maybe his mate knew more about cars :confused:
    only you know whether your relationship is worth the effort, but it does sound a little one sided if your doing all the running, and he goes off to his mates

    Ah, good old Ayr. Look out for the inbreds. :D
    They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it
