Thank you Marru
I was on Citalopram but had to come off it as i had bad side effects.
I admit my problems do tend to coincide with that time of the month, though not always.
I'll check with the doctor and see what happens.
Thanks for taking the time to reply.:T"The only time money comes before work is in the dictionary"0 -

I had side effects on Citalopram to start with but they eased out after awhile. Quite a coincidence is that after I made a decision to leave a bad relationship the last bit of the side effects dissapeared! I just took the side effects of my body's way of telling me to slow down/make changes.

Hi all
I did something today that I don't normally do and that is buy my mum some flowers for Mothers Day (she doesnt believe in Mothers Day and never has) but I occasionally buy her flowers anyway. I went to Webbs Garden Centre because I wanted to buy some nice birthday cards (its Dad's birthday on Thursday and Mum's on Friday:eek: ) and I decided to visit their fresh flower section. I decided on a spray of orchids which I took to the counter - I asked how long it would last (I wanted to make sure that Mum would get my money's worth) and they kindly unwrapped them and put them with some greenery and re-wrapped them in lovely cellophane and pink ribbon - they re-stuck the price on with a piece of sellotape so that I could pay at the tills as the price could be removed then. You should have seen my Mum's face - she loved them and now they have pride of place on the telephone table in the hall.
I had a reward for my efforts - one of her freshly baked cakes, although I had to decline the offer of some cake to bring home because truth be known they would have been scoffed before I even got home:rolleyes:
Had a good chat with Dad who spent time showing me his new Haynes Manuals - I thought they only did them for cars but they have branched out into computers and now Dad fancies building his own (not bad for a chap in his 70's to be grasping new technology).
I told them about my op tomorrow and they were concerned and cross that I had intended having an op without telling them but I said that I didnt want them to worry about me - now I feel bad for telling them.
I caught up on the gossip - about the runaway horses galloping down the street last weekend to foxes being spotted in the garden. At least my parents are OK though and Dad looked slightly better although he will never be better due to his illness.
Well, I had better go and put my dinners in the freezer and consider doing some washing up.
Will most likely be back next weekend.
Congrats to Meyore on your engagement, may the army will teach OH to drive?
Hugs to all bye for now.

hi all thanks everyone for replies, i know you are a lovely bunch, even tho i usually post under another name.
my ex has been round to my house again today declaring undying love, for me and the kids, feel awful that i know longer love him back, and i am hurting him by saying know to him.
i know deep down that you would all say that you cant stay with somebody who has treated you bad, but what if he really did love me? and i'm throwing it all away.
by the way we broke up last year, so its not like i'm decideing between him, and somebody else who may or may not fancy me.
just feel bit confused and guilty for throwing ex's love away.
in past relationships, i've mostly been the one who has been dumped, so i'm finding it hard saying no to ex all time.
what if he was the only one who ever loved me.
what if i never find love again.
sorry for long post.
hope everyone is ok0 -

love and light,

If you decide in the future that splitting up was a bad idea, then there's nothing to stop you trying again. Don't worry about what-ifs. Just do what feels right. They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it0 -
night katie sweet dreams take care xxxx0

I think you answered your own question when you said that you don't love him anymore. You had your reasons to leave and I am sure it wasn't easy or light-hearted for you to make that decision. If you still have feelings for him you need to make sure that those reasons why you left can be worked out otherwise you will end up back to square one. Perhaps you could say to him that you are willing to try but on a condition that you both seek help from for example Relate.
