The 15-year old in me is snorting, Beavis and Butthead-style at this. :rotfl:

  • Hi this is the first time I have posted on this thread,I have typed, deleted, typed, deleted and so on and so on.... because I don't know what to put. To be honest I have realised after reading alot of your posts that my depression is worse than I thought. I stop in all day everyday.

There, I've said it, I had to tell someone about the sad life I lead everyday.

I have been feeling ok really over the last couple of days. Very worn out though now I am back at work - no chance for napping through the day so the lack of sleep is catching up with me already!

Thanks, I'm really happy about it, can't wait until hes home for easter. He kept textin the word "foncey" to me, and I was wondering what he was on about. Then I said it out loud and realised it was fiance! Thats his pet name for it! :o

Good good!! And I hope you both have the most wonderful Easter!! :)
I couldn't quite work that out til I said it out loud too!! lol.
    It's sweet! :)

Are we all into our metal here then? :rotfl:

Well I do like my metal - but I also am a fan of a huge range of other music too :o We are going to Download this year....I think I may have already said that though :o If so SOWWY!!! :)

Glad I'm not the only one!

Actually...I tell a lie! I take it off when I use wax on my hair as it gets clogged up :D Straight back on though!! :rotfl:

How was the first day at work?I hope you're proud you did it :)

    Xx

Yeah it was ok. I feel like an outsider though as I am back in training and I don't know anyone. I find it hard to open up or talk with strangers and stuff so it feels quite awkward a lot of the time. Like today when I sat alone for lunch and there was a big group of them chatting together at another table :o
Never mind. At least I am back to work.

This headache is still here and it's agony. It hurts so much. :( My heart hurts so much too. :( I feel so sad. :( And I did something stupid so now I feel worse.

Seems like it's one step forward and two steps back most of the time. :(

I want to stand on a very high mountain and scream all the pain and hurt out.
Now to find a mountain high enough....

    xx

Aw huni sorry you are feeling low now - but whatever you did is probably not as bad as you think x
My self help book says to get a baseball bat and hit the bed whilst shouting about all of the things that have angered you.
I don't dare in case the neighbours phone the police!! :o

Oh I can see you are feeling better now! That's good!! :) What is your fave Sabbath song out of interest? :)

    welcome.gifto Chris and Phil!!!

Tulip - those are all so lovely!! You are an :A x

Hi back2square1 :hello: Welcome to the thread. I know exactly how you feel, and I'm sure many of the good folk on here do - the first post always seems the hardest. But you're very welcome here, feel free to chat about anything or nothing... :)

Do you find some days harder than others? It definitely goes in phases for me - good days, bad days...

Anyway nice to see you and take care.

    Much love,

  • For the past 2 years I have stayed in, I mainly sleep all day and do minimal housework. It's terrible. I have 2 wonderful sons who don't deserve any of it. I'm just not the person i used to be. I've always had depression took pills for the last 10years or so. But before I've still managed to have a job, my house was kept organised, tidy and very clean but over the last 2 years I do nothing except the school run then back to bed.
