He won your auction..he paid you...and even if hes a little bullish about feedback ( maybe he's had problems with people dragging their feet in the past ) what has he done within the confines of the auction to stop you giving him positive feedback???
Personally I can't see any reason for not giving him positive feedback...... and ask him to do the same for you.

Why the sudden interest in such an old thread anyway?
