My sims arrived in the post today,is anyone really expecting to get points for them?? Has anyone been successful in getting the vodaphone points re-instated?

I ordered £50 of vouchers on 20th to use in Evans. On my piggybank statement I've checked what I ordered & it says that I ordered

£10 gift voucher to spend in Miss Selfridge, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Burton, Wallis, topshop, topman and Outfit

My problem is that today I received 5 x £10 leisure vouchers. I've been to the leisurevouchers website & looks at the .pdf which shows where they can be used & I can't see Evans etc on there.

I think that I've been sent the wrong vouchers but before I go in 'trotters flailing' I want to be certain that I'm not being a muppet! Anyone know if these leisure vouchers can be used in Evans please?

Any advice please folks?

I'm getting really hacked off with them now. I booked a roomex hotel last week through the site- i'd never even heard of them before but the 2000 pp incentive did the job. My confirmation email states piggypoints will be credited within 24 hours. I emailed PB 3 days later to say no sign of points, they ask for my ref number which i emailed back. They then claim there is no record of me using PB to book the hotel room (Which i 100% did) so i cut and paste my email confirmation back to PB with the statement that points will be added etc and PB reply saying still no record i ever used PB to book the hotel!! !!!!!!? my email says about PB points being credited? Surely they don't put that on the email unless you used PB?? It's like i'm being accused of trying to pull a swift one. Not impressed. Any suggestions?

D'oh misread what you'd put- yes looks like you've got the wrong ones. Best email them as they may change them for the arcadia ones which can be used in Evans, leisure vouchers can only be used in Waterstones, HMV holiday places hotels restaurants etc their website tells you exactly where. That is unless leisure vouchers would suit- personally they are the best for me as we use them to eat out etc.

All the shops he listed are the same company but Leisure Vouchers are for different shops from Arcadia vouchers.

If I were you VelvetGlove I'd e-mail them asap as it's obviously a mistake on their part as long as you're sure you ordered the right ones
