hi i was wondering if anyone had an answer for this.i just logged on to my account and the rewards i have ordered have been canceled but they are still available,any idead why?

Had you had Vodaphone points credited? If yes, they may have stopped the rewards. Other than that I don't know, good luck hope it gets sorted soon.

Has your point total changed at all - if not just email them - you could try rewards@pigsback.com as I'm sure thats the email they use in their confirmation email.

I emailed them about my missing JF points. Got the standard reply and they would manually credit them. But I only go 25, so they evidently either haven't read my email stating I haven't actually got any of the points, or think I have already had them! Another email for the rest now I think!

I emailed yesterday about the missing 25 points and today I have had an email from Rachel saying that she would manually add them and I have just checked and they are there.

John Freida never sent me a confirmation email, but I got the points from Pigsback. I did have to claim the extra 25 points as they only credited 75 points.

Looks like Pigsback are trying to pull a fast one again!!
