Claiming cashback from deals

Hi,
I've read several times about people having problems claiming their cashback that they were promised when taking out their deal. Could you give me some more information on claiming the money back such as the typical time limit you are given etc. I've just been on the phones4u website and looked at a deal which says you need to send in a voucher and your sixth bill within seven months of connecting. Also which companies are usually true to their word when giving cashback?
Thanks

I,ve had 2 deals, one with e2save on BT150 package and the other with phones for you on a 3 package. Both paid out in full after six months even though both originally said month 6 and month 12. In fact, phones for you said that they could not find my paperwork and accepted month seven paperwork instead. They could just as easily told me to get lost as i was outside the time limit by then. They have changed slightly in that they now send vouchers out at the start and you send these in at variuos times - month 3, 6, 9 or 4, 8 12 depending on the deal you take out. I don,t know how these have worked out for people but from my experience both of these companies have been grand. Both my contracts (me and the other half) end next month and I intend to cancel them and go with another deal. The only other advice i can give you is that ehatever company you choose to order from, you need to assess are they going to be around in 12 months to pay the cashback i.e. it may be worthwhile sticking to one of the big players in the market like those mentioned above or CPW etc. Whatever you choose to do, have a good look around as there is plenty of advice available and lots of people giving their experience of the different companies, networks and deals etc. Hope this helps and best of luck0

I had no problems claiming cashback when I had a vodafone phone. At the time one of the Caudwell group of companies -I think they were called Selectpoint?? were managing the account - I know vodafone do their own now. anyway, it all went smoothly...Stop looking for answers....
The most you can hope for are clues.....:)0
