in Credit cards
I've just logged into the new updated account section of Capital One.
Has anyone else got any strange transactions on their transaction history? Mine is showing a credit of over £1,200.00 which I definitely did not make
Also, the transactions don't add up!
My Capital One card was skimmed just before Christmas so I'm just hoping that there's not something dodgy going on with it.

My transactions don't currently add up - but I've just reconciled all the posted transactions from today against Money and they are all correct or ones I've forgotten to enter.0

I've just checked again and they have been updated and now add up. The payment I didn't make is still showing on my account though0

Remember that Capital One are doing major changes online between the 22 and I think the 26th so don't panic too much. We got a letter about it.0

working OK this morning and all transactions present and correct (despite my card being cancelled for a fraud threat??)0

Can't log on my capital one account at all. Tried to register again. Told only the primary card holder could register. Well, there is only one card with this account. Called the customer service twice, indian call center, they didn't know what I was talking about. Kept asking me call back in 15 mins. Very clever. I asked problem would be sorted itself after 15 mins? Of course not. Suppose written complaint is on the way. Just wondering if anyone has the same problem like me? Cheers.0

I tried to log on on Monday evening, couldn't do and couldn't re-register either. I rang the call centre and they took ages only to tell me to try again in a few days.0 -
Logged in today, no problems for me.0

I had to re-register and I can now get into the site. I can only see my latest statement though. All the rest say "statement is unavailable try later". I'd love to go paper free and stop getting all the letters, but if I can't access the statements I'm not going to do it.0

I've just spoke to Cap 1 and asked about the online system. They said that 90% (probably a generous estimate) can access their account online. The remaining 10%, of which I am one, will have to wait a couple of days.0

I had a mystery transaction showing on my account - it was a payment then under it there was a payment removal. It was for £150 and a few pence. This also showed my balance to be in credit. Goodness know what they are doing.:rolleyes:0
