I don't know, but, it might not be weight of the car which triggers the gate to open and the ticket to be issued on the way in. it might be the EMF field interferance in the inductive loop, in which case non-chalantly walking into the car park through the vehicle entrance with some Neodymium magnets in your pockets/shoes might result in a ticket being issued, which you could grab as you walk by.

The author of this video (kipkay) has btw made thousands of $ from his videos this particular one has earned him $3000 :T that has to be congratulated.

For crying out loud! To save a couple of quid? a) it is fraud. b) it is utterly miserly!

If we are mug enough to use and pay the extortionate rates charged for parking we are either a) well of enough to be able to pay, so forget the scams, or b) too idle to walk the extra yards from free street parking or limited time parking available in most just out of town retail places.

I won't suggest not going by car because I'm of the money saving belief, not out to make life unbelievably difficult but walking a bit further is a winner always round. There are also times when there is no choice.

I also have no problem with handing on prepaid tickets that have unexpired time left on them, its been paid for so someone may as well use they benefit.:money:
And believe me globald, going to London would me nightmarish enough, paying that sort of money would probably tip me over the edge:eek:
I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)

Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed

Use a motorcycle. As an example, I can park anywhere in Bristol for free. In Bath I can park in on-street pay and display parking spaces for free. In both cities I can also use the bus lanes and laugh at motorists stuck in their little cages in the middle of endless traffic. Motorcycles are the solution to urban traffic congestion and are also huge fun when you get out onto those nice and twisty country roads.

I may have one; if you get a ticket and pay on exit, simply get a ticket on your way out. You will either be charged the lowest tier of charges or get it free if your car park has a "drop-off" thing. If anyone can confirm this....

also a lot of car parks have number plate regognition these days too, your ticket needs to match your car.

Unfortunately they share with pushbikes (a) high accident/death rate (due mainly to car drivers but can't ignore it) and (b) not ideal in bad weather

Bad weather is rarely an issue. I run my bike all year round and with a waterproof, heated jacket in winter there are very few days which make me take the wife's car.

As for the high death rate, you are right in terms of deaths per mile ridden compared with cars, but advanced training can reduce that rate dramatically.
