That post was gone 5:30pm, anyone ring 0845 330 5115 it says they are open 9am to 5:30pm, so you couldnt have spoken to them, also they would not have said what they did to you.

Im not lying. she said she would check and left me there for 30 secs and came back and said something like "Hi, I'm afraid that that has already been claimed..." then some other stuff and she asked my address and stuff and said there's nothing they can do as I can't prove it's mine as i don't have a code.
