Toniq - maybe an idea to write in the original post not to write exact details of your win on this forum until you've claimed them? Its a shame but if there are scumbag scammers on here it may be the only way newbies to the thread see it? x

... and screengrab just to be sure. There's a pretty good tool for FF that can be downloaded here which grabs and saves pages in just one click. Once you download and install it, there's a little camera which appears somewhere on your toolbar, just click it and the page is saved.

I would also recommend if you get a win that you write the code down before you do anything, then send your email to the promotions address. Take a screen shot and save it. Some people have reported that the facility to email your code to you doesn't always work so that's why I write it down immediately.

Loads of folk on here are willing to help but still do not divulge your winning picture, amount or code..think of it like your bank PIN number.....you wouldn't give that to anyone either.

Coool thanks, we didn't do a screen shot firefox tool look good.

took me less time to enter comps today but I think there may have been less so dunno if it was due to firefox or not - definitely faster tho!

Twister they would have looked into it with microsoft to find the issue so im surprised they said that to you, when i had that issue they checked with microsoft and then got back to me , the only way they would say if someone had claimed it would be if they had an actual code, xxx as sfh can say the say they will look into it before confirming your win unless a code is present, and because this happened so quickly after the win, plus after 5pm, they couldnt have dealt with it today, if you get my drift xx
