    Hey Toni , no one will blame you ........... the way i see it at the end of the day whether u use the personal shopper or not HOF are still profiting from the money !!!!!! You spent nearly a grand on a tv, which you would have whether the woman was with you or not.

    probably they had to book the staff in for the afternoon or whatever, and then when someone doesnt turn up, they would still have to pay that persons wages. also pretty ignorant to just not turn up.

    OK I get it now - booking then not using the shopper - poor show! But HOF would not lose money out of that - anyway at least vouchers before are still valid

    They would be mad if they had personal shoppers across country being let down , theres a massive list for these shoppers so hof must have been seething to have staff standing around, im sure the shoppers are on more money than most xxxx
