im gonna hide for cover here, but im not sure they've done anything in conflict of their t and c....they have honoured the value of the vouchers won. and it is virgin vouchers won, not hof won. if it was hof vouchers being given away then yes they would be in the wrong. but if people have not been turning up for the shoppers, then im afraid those people have let it down for everyone else and im not surprised hof have wanted to pull out. also the t and c in the virgin brochure will probably say that they are not responsible for 3rd parties sucvh as hof withdrawing their options of redemption .....*hides*

I am not sure really as down to PS to discuss no one letting anyone downas all pre arranged.
Personally just gather is only that 10days as Virgin still doing itand HOF doing it also

so u can only use vouchers yourself and not gift them , polo has had hip ops and ella will lose bigtime because this was her big thing xxx

I just can't understand why from HOF's point of view people not using the shopper should be a problem I would have thought for them it would be a result - get paid, not need to use the staff member!! I just don't see that as letting them down

Thank FCUK for that! :eek: I just rang them in a panic to order my HOF experience (before they move the goalposts again!) and they said I couldn't order them over the phone, I'd have to send my vouchers in with the form - is that what everyone else has done?

No one going to blame you as if not for you posting comp ,no one would have won lovely vouchersxxxxxxxxxxxx

Personnel shopper down to them if you want to meet them or not and do not think that was to blame no way as all pre arranged not as if people just do not turn up

Edit: Have re-read previous posts and I see it's just for these Big Snap prizes.

Toniq, I'm not interested in HOF and am planning other things with my vouchers, so maybe we can do some kind of swap - you could book what I want for me and I could book the HOF for you??
