My computer used to do that all the time so have had to complety restart from scratch...but all your emails will also be stored on your service provider site... ( yours is virgin I take it). Log in and check your emails there...
Dont bother with those preium phone lines i spent over £100 when I first got my computer and lernt the hard way..

I think you have to have at least £500 in experience vouchers and then exchange them House of Fraser personal shopper experience, I don't think anybody will be using the personal shopper they just get the vouchers and shop till they drop, was hoping to get enough to do that but will choose some nice experiences instead.
