My pc froze last night. I couldn't work out how to restart it, nothing would work so did System Recovery and now I have a pc with the IE and Outlook Express only on it. No photos, no documents and none of my emails, lost everything. Virgin couldn't help and told me to ring a helpline which costs a fortune a minute. Don't know what to do. I have tried on the Techie Board but I don't understand what they mean. Thank goodness I copied some important photos onto CD at Christmas, but its the emails I really need, I don't have written copies of my email addresses either. :(

So sorry Lou know how you must feel, really hope you get it sorted

Lou could you not just send someone a email they can then tell you what your email adress is... then log in to the virgin website and check your emails xx
