Vicky I know how you feel hun xx I'm hopefully at the end of a 8 year bout of ill health, 1 1/2 years off work and as I was self-employed, no sick pay. I'm a single mum too - it can't get any worse!!! But you've gotta keep positive, You're OH will get better soon and things will look up for you I'm sure xxx

actually very easy.... slice corn beef dip in seasond flour pan fry till slighty crispy on outside....
fry onions add rice when cooked add a tin of sweet corn and chop up corn beef, mix all together.... really quite i nice i still make it every now and then can feed loads on liturally a couple of £ if that...
