    Thought i had more money than i realised lol, it was pay day today, just sat down and worked out how much i need for bills then road tax in a few weeks grrrrrr.
    Plenty of food for the kids haha just not for me, tho i am amazed at the meals you can scrape together when u have basic ingrediants :D

    Maybe just maybe i shall lose some weight :D now that would be the best prize ever :rotfl:

    Just back home, my aunt went to the hospital for a blood test and x-ray this morning, but they've kept her in. Had to pick up her door key from her, go get her some clothes then back to hospital again.

    Yeah when I used to be really broke and had to make a meal on next to nothing... some of them were the most enjoyable to make...
    Its amazing what you can do with a tin of corn beef, some rice and sweetcorn..

    I know money isnt everything but at times i get down, OH gonna be off for for a bit longer but his health comes 1st, got enought pennies to cover bills but nothing for treats, trying hardest not to overspend and forget the bills as i have been there done that :confused:

    Thanks vicky. The x-ray showed she has fluid on her lung, they reckon between 1 & 3 litres :eek: . I left just as they were about to drain it. They've said the best outcome is a secondary chest infection, the worst lung cancer :sad: , we'll know tomorrow. It's so weird 'cos she's really active (she's 73), she only went to her doctor yesterday 'cos she's been a bit short of breath. If you could see her in A&E she looks like she shouldn't be there, she's laughing and joking around with the nurses xx
