Ohh hun. I just posted in there. It has happened to me, so I always put them straight onto a CD now, I had to learn the hard way.

Do a search for some photo recovery web sites, a couple of years back I used one for free and got back all but 3 pics. Good luck.

Lucy- my card says that a lot, sometimes its got a fingerprint or spec of dust on the gold part of the card, if you wipe it gently with a smooth cloth it may work.

Thanks guys, we are researching all avenues before I do anything so I don't do it wrong.

What makes it worse is all morning I have been shouting at my son and called him a little S*!£ to my OH and now this has happened and it's making me feel even worse!!!! I can't stop crying now,

I had a random thought this morning that I havn't cried for months, and now I can't bloomin stop!!!!!

Personally, I wouldn't do anything myself, I would pop into PC World or something like that. Just somewhere where I could ask an expert. Not necessarily PC World, but you know what I mean.
