My OH reckons that there isn't a BigSnap computer program. He thinks there is a man in an office somewhere who presses a button and the prize gets issued. There are 3 men that share the job

Man A) He's lazy and presses it on the hour every hour.
Man He's a skiver and goes off to the pub for an hour or two then
comes back and hits enter a couple of times releasing two prizes.
Man C) He's Mister Jobsworth who likes to get up people's noses and annoy
everybody. He aspires to be a traffic warden but meanwhile has taken
a part time job at BigSnap for the weekend. He's having a great time.

I soooooooooooo agree with your other half. In fact I'd even say there was a Man D who !!!!!!! hates me with a passion and has prevented me from winning all the way through
