greek meat balls are amazing i make them all the time
really simple
1 pack of pork mince
1 onion diced finely
1 pack of parsley finely choped
1 grated patato
1 egg
and a handfull of bread crumbs
lots of salt and pepper
Mix really wel with hands roll into balls (bite size)
Deep fry
medium to hot heat untill they go brown, if you a little worried about being pink in the middle leave to cool dowm for 5 min and will be cooked right through..

Serve with a wedge of lemon, and sprinkle of salt
kids love them with ketchup

YAY! :j Well done Kjbaby, thats fantastic. I hope that means the start of a few more MSE winners again. I've been doing it from the start too, I had two wins in the first week and .............not a sniff of a win since. I even tried beeing the 'Keeper of the list' for a while earlier,both to help out andto try and create some good Karma but it hasn't paid off yet!

The meatballs sound delicious Julie, I'll have to give them a try. Whenever I go to Italy, I come back with new recipes, I bring loads of pasta etc.. back too.
