Right ......my moral dilemma I was on about earlier!!!!!

My neighbours tax disc went out of date at the end of JAN! DO I report them to the DVLA?

Now I know they work and have money, they seem to have enough to go drinking and buy a huge plasma tv!!!!!

Or will it come back on me if I do?????

They also make me furious with their loud music which occasionally goes on till 4am!!!! They havn't been too bad for a while but tonight they had it on MEGA loud before they went out - they'll probably be arguing later as it seemsalcohol really brings out the worst in them!!

They are really inconsiderate seeing as I have two young children, and there is also a sweet elderly lady living next door the other side to them whose house is properly joined to theirs (ours is staggered).

It is usually dance music or R & B which just pounds through the walls, at first I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they may not realise we can hear it, so I eventually one day put our music on soooooooo loud thinking they might realise if they can hear us then we can hear them. It worked for a while but they are up to their old tricks!

Anyway - will this be a good way to get them back?? my OH says the chances are if they have no tax that also means no insurance, and if they crash (he does come flying round the corner like an idiot at times) then other people would be screwed because they couldn't claim on his insurance.

    Hmmmm.....HELP!!!!

I don't know what to do!!!!!

I peeked out my window at them earlier and noted down their number plate so am ready to do it!!!

Should I?? Is it my place???? Will I get bad karma???

    Luc x

    P.S - WELL DONE TONIQ!

I can anonymously report it online, in which case it could be anyone on our street as he parks it out the front rather than round the back in his 2 parking spaces. Everyone else round hereseems to be good law abiding citizens except them!!

Not to sure about reporting the noise as they would know it was me!!!! I found out they rent their house so hopefully might move on quicker than if they bought it!!

I really don't know what to do!!!

Ther eis nothing to even say he has a license as he is from Poland so may not have got a UK one. (if he needs to)
