If you keep the same key/s held down then surely its no different to using f5 as your search isnt changing each time.Also the bigsnap search box in the tool bar retains search words and you would only have to click that button, but again its the same search unless you change the words.

If you F5 you can miss your win, this way, you get a green bar come up that says click here to claim, so you shouldn't loose it.
