    I completely agree. What is the point in playing if you are just going to refresh your win? I don't think refreshing helps you win anymore, all my wins have been from searching xxxxx or similar.

    Sorry don't mean to offend anyone its just frustrating seeing people miss out on their wins :D

    i used to hate it when aunts and grans would come up to me at weddings pinch my cheeks and say "your next, your next". well they stoped that crap when i started to do the same to them at funerals:rotfl:

    Yes banish the F5 key and use the search box people the possible loss of a prize just isnt worth it.
    2008 prizes- Lucozade gym gear - Cadburys dvd's and chocolate bars - Virgin vouchers - Argos vouchers.

    Thing is they will just say no as tbh I think them phoning Microsoft may cause them a bit of hassle luckily when you have card details and amounts and time they will do so which is greatly appreciated
    Though please do not go sending cached pages as they will just tell all to beat it
    It is horrid losing out on a win and I should know ,try and catch even the pictures on the card and you can go work it out.
    Just back into comping past few months to help me get over rubbish in life.... won Hotpoint fridge freezer, soda stream
