When I won my Browser crashed and had to close, so I had no code.When I called, the man was adamant I needed a claim code even though I told him the cards that matched.Later I sent an email and got reply saying they checked with Microsoft and agreed to send me the vouchers.
Not sure I would like to claim this way again as they may not allow it next time.

Yip I agree ,and they will only allow people with claim codes by email x
