Best pay monthly SIM-only deal?
My son's contract with Orange runs out in a few weeks and I want to take out a SIM-only deal. I spoke to the 'are you thinking of leaving Orange' number and they weren't interested in offering anything better than their standard SIM-only web deal (which is not very good) so I gave them notice.
Anyway, he uses a lot of texts and not so many minutes (though he is struggling on his current 100 mins deal).
The best deals I've found (both at £20 per month) are O2 Simplicity 20 (400 mins, 1000 texts, free voice mail and C/S) or T-Mobile Just Sim 20 (40 mins, unlimited texts, charged for voice mail, free C/S).
Anyone know of anything better?

if you're a virgin media customer, then £10 gets you 300 mins+300 txts a month, else on three you get the same plus 300 mins to other three phones for £15/month (assuming you have a 3g phone though I think they'll give you one with this deal AND you get free Skype and instant messaging)The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster!

Thanks but I don't think 300 texts will be enough. Plus we don't know anyone else on '3'.0

Hi
I was looking at the Simplicity deals as well. Any gotchas? Is it any network?
Also, currently on Orange, with a Samsung handset, is this locked?
