Phone help please

A while ago someone posted on the freebies board about unblocking your phone for free.
Does someone have the site please?
Someone has blocked my daughters phone at school, it is only an old one from her big sister 3310, but she has just put money on it.

what do you mean blocked? do you mean the sim has be blocked ie wrong pin entered more than 3 times? if so you will need the PUK from the provider. they will supply this for free over the phone

Yeah thats it, it keeps asking for her to enter a PUK code.

call customer services on 08700 776655 and they will supply puk

the phone is fine its the sim thats blocked (after 3 wrong guesses)
voda will give you the puk code
if you have 10 (i think) wrong guesses then the sim is permantly blocked and is scrap.
may be possible for them to transfer any remaining credit to another voda sim though

The PUK code should be in the box with the manuals etc.

The phone is ancient though now so we dont have any manuals etc with it now.
