I'm not 100% sure but I think you can retract your bid.Someone more knowledgeable than me can confirm or deny this for you but I think you can.Failing that I would politely e-mail the seller and say you're sorry but you have bid by mistake on their item and can they please cancel your bid.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. Hmmm, that came across wrong.
It was meant to come across like 'Don't worry about it'!!!0 -

Hi Helen.I would politely e-mail the seller and explain you bid on the wrong item as they are selling two.Ask them to cancel your original bid and you wish to bid on the other one they have.If I was the seller I would have no problem doing this as long as you are honest and don't say something like "My kids bid on it when I wasn't looking".....:D Be honest and they should help you out.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. If its ending tonite and you don't get a response soon I would retract the bid and mail them explaining why. Then put a bid on the one you want.As long as you're honest with them and keep them informed they should be ok with you.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. Hi
There are special rules about retracting bids, depending on when you originally placed the bid.
If you place a bid before the last 12-hours of the auction: you may retract that bid before that last 12-hours, if your situation meets the above description of exceptional circumstances. You will not be allowed to retract that bid during the last 12-hours of the auction.
When you retract a bid before the last 12 hours of an auction: you will eliminate all bids you have placed in that auction. If you are correcting a bid error, you will have to bid again.
If you place a bid during the last 12-hours of the auction: You may retract the bid only within one hour after placing the bid (and if your situation meets eBay's exceptional circumstances description).
When you retract a bid within the last 12 hours of the listing: You will eliminate only the most recent bid you placed. Bids you placed prior to the last 12 hours will not be retracted.
If you are not allowed to retract your bid during the last 12-hours of the auction, you may contact the seller to request that your bid be canceled. The seller will have the discretion whether to cancel your bid.
We all make mistakes from time to time so dont worry It Happens To The Best Of Us

AFAIK A buyer cannot retract a bid within 12 hours of the auctions close, so you may already be too late.
Many sellers don't watch the end of their auctions, so you may not now hear from the seller until after auction close. If you end up winning all you can do is try to negotiate with the seller to pay their listing fees and other expenses and see what they say.
