OMG!! All day I have been thinking 'I don't know what cream cheese is', but now I realise that of COURSE I do!!!Creme fraiche should be fine Snaggles. i'm going to top the crema cheese (well spotted Sar, your taste buds are better than mine!) with a tub of salsa then some cheddar, spring onions and whack it in the oven. Hope it tastes as nice.
I only had a couple of dips of the spinach one. I'm guessing creme fraiche, spinach, salt and pepper and lemon juice?
Having a bit of a blonde day I think.

I just googled spinach dip and there was one by knorr that had some kind of soup mix in it.
Edit: here you go, I don't think the water chestnuts would be necessary.
