    ditto what IA says
  • Ta everso. :o

I read the Adventures of Diet Girl on the train to Bunnys. Finished it about 15 minutes before I got home. I thought, if she can go from 25 stone to 12 and a bit stone and blog it all, why can't I? I enjoy that kind of writing (as those who endured my DF diary will remember!!).

If it works, then I might share it along the way. By then, goodness knows what embarrassing stuff I might have said!

As long as it's not 'I WOULD be losing weight if it wasn't for my DFW friends constantly plying me with cherry lambrini and talking about jaffa cakes....' :p

I guessed creme fraiche too....in fact I've bought some... :rotfl: Hope it will be okay!

Then some sort of salsa stuff, then cheese and spring onions?

Going to try to impress Stu with it tomorrow night. :o

I really liked the spinach one too, and she told me the recipe (twice :o) but for some reason I can't remember it.

  • Creme fraiche should be fine Snaggles. i'm going to top the crema cheese (well spotted Sar, your taste buds are better than mine!) with a tub of salsa then some cheddar, spring onions and whack it in the oven. Hope it tastes as nice.

I only had a couple of dips of the spinach one. I'm guessing creme fraiche, spinach, salt and pepper and lemon juice?
