How long to remove CPS

We, my mother-in-law and a sister-in-law, had exactly the same problem applying via the website. We got BT's confirmation emails on the 2nd of Feb and then.................... nothing.

Called them on the freephone number on the letter (don't have it to hand I'm afraid but it was a UK based person!!!) and they couldn't find any record of our web applications. They managed to sort it out, there and then, and 2 weeks later we are all back with BT.

Not had any contact from TalkTalk saying sorry to lose us. Maybe they are glad to see the back of us. If that is the case, the feeling is mutual.

My call centre person was going to pass on that we had a problem. Maybe there are a lot of people out there with confirmation emails who are in limbo.
