  • Hi, mind if I join in?
My doctor says I must cut down on alcohol, as my liver function is down, and it's not good for my depression, but I'm finding it sooo hard. I would welcome any advice.

morning all- hope everyone is OK. Know what you mean Bis, mine make me laugh, they do all this environmentally friendly/anti-litter/anti- waste stuff at school but think nothing of dropping all their rubbish around the house- the one that really makes my blood boil is when they miss the bin and just leave it there right next to it. They don't even seem to 'see' the mess and it doesn't bother them, but I can't bare it- drives me nuts. Thinking about it I better get on and get them out the house- its a nice day and if they aren't in the house they can't wreck it.

Hope everyone is OK- I don't know what it is about sunny autumn days- I just love em- not too hot and really bright. Hope there aren't too many hangovers out there this morning- and if there are why not bite the bullet and decide this one will be your last?
