*sigh* I'd love to make a b&B pudding tonight - never made one and after reading this thread would love to...my only prob is I have no dried fruit/sultanas/raisins OR marmalade/choc spread/jam etc to liven it up.

Only things I have left are as follows - can anyone give me b&b pudding recipe that would work with any of this stuff?

    Bread
    SR Flour/Plain Flour
    Eggs/Milk/Butter
    Sugar
Leftover coconut milk (about 3/4 tin).
    fresh pineapple chunks
    apples (not cooking)
    Bananas
    Kit Kats
    Butter

It's a bit late now, I suppose, but coconut and pineapple work really well together.

So if you chopped the pineapple into small bits, and used the coconut milk...

If you try it I'd really like to know how it comes out!
