    Sold flat with £10K neg equity, can't believe I actually took a loan out to pay off lender. If I had kept the flat it would be worth nearly 3 times what I paid for it now. Hindsight is a wonderful thing.:eek:

    Then all those years without children frittering money away on nothing.
