How much is the bra? They do have free delivery, I think the code is FREEDELV - you can find it all over the website - just click where it says "free delivery offer".

If you order in store, you want the ICOS desk, diferent to the food info desk. You probably will find it in the clothes department as opposed to the foods (in most stores). If not, they should have someone who can search on the computer for local stores and let you know where it is available. They can do this over the phone and you can ask the store to post it to you (for the cost of the postage).

As for the Gift Cards - it's really quite self-explanatory to redeem and load the cards. You should mention to the manager (red shirt) that the CAs have no training however!

Thanks for all the comments. The problem is that it is an M&S food store although they do sell a limited amount of clothes, cards gifts as well. So you definitely cannot order anything except food even if it is an item they stock. Oh, and the staff cannot order stock for items sold out as it all comes automatically from a warehouse.
The store is in Gainsborough, Lincs. within walking distance for us. We have now ordered them from Lincoln and will pick them up next week when we have to go there.

Glad you got it sorted, although I am still surprised that nobody offered to call the store in Lincoln for you and reserve it - I have always found M and S staff to be quite helpful like that, although I haven't shopped there for a while, and have heard many reports that things are going downhill in terms of customer service. Let's hope that the store wasn't affected by the earthquake!

No problems for us with the earthquake thanks, just woke up with a jump, the whole house was shaking. Had a look around, all OK went back to sleep.
Then today we had a power cut, affected much of Gainsborough, wonder what tomorrow will bring!
We picked up the bras, all OK but interestingly in all the bras on display, my wifes size had sold out, asked why to be told it was a popular size and sells out as soon as they come in!

In the case of my store the manager had no training either! Ended up being a disagreement between staff/management, and my money being allegedly 'stuck' in cyberspace! Unbelievably, this was not an isolated incident. I was relieved when I finally managed to spend the money!

I brought this in to highlight the decline in M&S CS over the years from the store that many of us oldies remember! And as Radojo points out - at one time M&S were glad to move stock between stores, they did it all the time in order to please the customer. :rolleyes:
