These are the prices for things I bought last 2 weeks:

    Felix pouches (48) £7.29
    Jalapenos 2 x 907g £3.59
    5kg sugar £3.69
    Kikkoman soya sauce 1.9l £4.65
    3 x 1litre soya milk £2.89
    Houmous Dip £1.99 (670g)
    Taramosalata £2.29 (670g)
Cumberland sausages 1.2kg 4.39 (sell in packs of 18 thick sausages)
    Olives 750gm £3.99 (deli style)
    minced lamb 800g for £8.46
    paprika 425g £2.19
    tortilla chip 907g £3.79
    John west tuna - 10 x 185g 4.49 (2 free in pack)
    maple syrup 1.89 litre £12.69
    lazy garlic 1250g £3.49
    tabasco 350ml £3.99
Kirkland l.dry det (400) washes £12.49 (I worked out this would last me almost a year based on 1.25 washes a day)
    tin tomatos 12 for £3.69
catrol gtx £10.49 (can't remember quantity but was a large bottle)
    artichokes 1.84k in jar 5.99

I didn't bother putting fresh produce as I think it would be pricier than supermarket but I noticed that the quality is better and lasts longer. The prices may have changed in the last two weeks so don't quote me. I've just copied them off the receipt.

If you're not too worried about brand names, kirkland signature is their own brand for wipes etc and is pretty good.

For nappies, it can be different for eaach baby, but I have to mention Lidl's own brand Cien. Cheap but brilliant!

The wipes are great they're like the LIDL ones but have a flip top lid.

Sorry a cross post with a new thread in the shopping/groceries board but thought people who shop at Costco might monitor this thread.

Could anyone please tell me the price of the dishwasher tablets that are on offer in Costco this week please? Also, how many are in the box?

    Thanks in advance.

I bought my two teenagers one each for their rufty tufty scouting activities and they've worn very well despite being well and truly used and abused. :money:

Went today and got a '3 in 1 Softie Wrap', basically a posh version of a Slanket, which can also be used as a throw. It's lovely and will keep me toastie while I sit here being a total stingebag with no heating on :D I think it was about £14.

Is it just a wrap or does it have sleeves like the Slanket?

It's difficult to describe. :o But here goes.
It's a padded, microfibre suede, rectangular blanket, lined with very soft smooth fleece. It has two press studs which form sleeves by folding the two top corners to the centre. And two zips, one two way zip at from bottom to the middle, and a shorter one way zip at the top end, which secure the two centre edges of the 'sleeves' together. I am wearing it now, and I am totally wrapped up in it, yet my hands are free to type. I can easily walk around in it too, without losing any of the heat. It's extremely warm.
If I wasn't at home alone, I'd post a photo, but DH is working away for a few days and I can't photograph it myself. I will try and post a photo at the weekend. but I can definitely recommend this thing, it's incredibly cosy :j

Edit to add. It's flipppin ingenious, and if you were handy with sewing, I reckon you could make one out of a duvet or fleece blanket. It's very nice quality, and I am actually too hot at the moment, so I have unzipped the top half! (Still no heating on here either - yaaay!)
