Sorry a cross post with a new thread in the shopping/groceries board but thought people who shop at Costco might monitor this thread.
Could anyone please tell me the price of the dishwasher tablets that are on offer in Costco this week please? Also, how many are in the box?
Thanks in advance.0 -
Is Costco good for baby things at all such as nappies, wipes, clothes etc? Someone in my family is expecting and I wondereed if there are certain things I could offer to get for them if they work out better value? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. they have wipes on offer about 2-3 times a year where the johnsons wipes are on 3 for 2 so u get arount 18packs for around £13.50. i normally stock up on these. works to about 60p a packet. this offer is coming up on 30th of march. nappies are not on offer but they do have an offer were u buy 2 boxes and they knock off £15. dont know when they are next going to do this.
have got some absolutely gorgeous clothes at the moment. think they were disney ones. bodysuits and pj were what i noticed and i was gutted that they were too small for my dd! had small sizes upto about 24months (birmingham branch)0 -
They don't sell 'catering packs', they do sell large packs/outers of domestic sized packs - so 6 x 1kg packs of pasta for example. I've never found the prices to be cheap - large economy packs in Tesco are cheaper, but the quality of Costco food is much better than what you'd expect for a similar price in a supermarket.
Try Makro instead, they do bigger packs as well as ordinary packs.0 -

All are delicious, but to be honest we buy most of our meat from the butcher in our village as I'd like to ensure he stays in business (and also because you can't buy Exmoor venison from Costco!) I wish more people would do the same.
Totally agree on keeping local butchers etc going. Well done you.0 -

Thank you for letting me know. I might get some of the disney clothes and wipes when they are on offer...This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

If you're not too worried about brand names, kirkland signature is their own brand for wipes etc and is pretty good.
For nappies, it can be different for eaach baby, but I have to mention Lidl's own brand Cien. Cheap but brilliant!0
