Just a general comment. ;D Not an excessive energy consumer, with Staywarm, although their estimate is far above my actual. I could probably save less than £2/ month by using nearest cheaper supplier, not too sure though after todays Powergen hike.
If I was running a business I would have to make a profit so would have to sort out customers who abuse the system. Very difficult if one states 'unlimited' use for ones product. Those of us who use Staywarm, and have a reasonable consumption should be happy, maybe the days are numbered for this system. To quote ' the times they are a changing'
Again ;D ;D ;D

Received letter from Powergen on 6th Nov welcoming me to their gas & electricity accounts and advising that transfers had been completed.
I contacted Staywarm who advised me today that this was an error and to ignore it. We are still on Staywarm but the monthly payment will be £66.15. This is an increase of 16.56% on previous payments but still better than £117/month.
Powergen had also set up 2 direct debits, additional to Staywarm, on my account (1gas & 1 electricity) which I have cancelled. No money was taken but beware. It seems that Powergen and Staywarm don't talk to each other. ::)0 -
I received a letter at long last from Staywarm informing me that I am still eligible for Staywarm and that the cost for the next year will be £44.65 a month. I have to say this is a relief, but I shall be keeping very careful account of just how much I am using each month in case I have to change companies in the future. ::)
Once again thank you to Martin and all those that offered their help and support over this issueWhen man sacrifices the Love of POWER for the Power of Love, there will be peace on earth.0
