Carphone Warehouse have got an offer on at the moment where you can buy an unlocked Nokia 1100 for £29.99p.(If you trade in another old mobile for it they give you £10.)With the Nokia 1100 you get a T Mobile sim with £10 of calls on it.I sold the sim for £10.
So i ended up paying £9.99p for the new nokia 1100.
£29.99-£10 trade in-£10 for sim =£9.99p
So i ended up paying £9.99p for the new nokia 1100.

dont they cost that much from Virgin?
I bought one for my mum a while back I was amazed with Virgin's service though.
I ordered in 4pm on friday and it was with me at 9am the next day... a SATURDAY!!!0 -

Thats why i headed the posting £19.99 or £9.99
However you could always use the calls up yourself could you not? (and if you know any one on T-Mobile you could put it on the new Mates Tariff and get 200 minutes of calls out of the £10 ,or 200 texts to T-Mobiles).PF.0 -
I ordered one yesterday from virgin £19.99 with sim with £5 credit so thats £14.99 for the phone and it came today!!!!!!! :T0

Well to get it at £9.99 you need to have an existing virgin mobile sim card. You then register your sim card with https://www.virginmobile.com.
Then
1. Click on 'My Account'
2. Login using your virgin mobile phone number and password you created when registering
3. Click on 'Buy a phone'
4. 'Phone without sim'
5. 'Bargains and re-furbished phones'
there will be about 2 pages of phones.. with a £10 reduction on all phones..
example
Sony Ericsson T630 £39.99
Samsung E800 £99.99
Nokia 1100 £9.99
etc..
