:j Hi, I am looking to move on from BT in the next few months due to lots of problems. However my wife has an E-mail address which she uses for business and she has business cards and leaflets with it on. Do we get to keep our addresses if we do choose tomove on?

Not sure about broadband but when we cancelled our BT Anytime dial up last year the email account continued but in a limited free mode - only web mail access etc
We pay £1.50 a month for BT Yahoo premium mail which gives proper POP3 access.
I would have thought you would find the same thing happened.0 -
I use yahoo and get pop access via my outlook express, I don't pay anything though.

I changed from BT to Sky in August and i can still access my yahoo email account. Bt did tell me i would lose it when i contacted them .Unfortunately stopping the broadband payments has been very difficult. My bill is still not correct and i have to wait till my March bill to see if BT finally sort it out.Hope this helps.0
