The additives are 'ordered' by the driver, as his tanker is loaded.
This will apply ONLY for the retailer, which requires them - so Shell fuel will have Shell additives, whereas the Morrisons fuel won't.

I stand corrected. The additives are added at the refinary depending upon the company selling the petrol. I'm led to believe that Tescos use less additive than other retailers.0 -
