EBICO - have they shut down or what?

    When i switched to them for gas, it just happened, didn't really have any actual contact with them, just an email and a phone call, fine by me.

    my move to ebico was very efficient. Their agent for me is swalec and I am up and running without any problems at all. Took 6 weeks. OP I would contact the agent

    The 0800 number in the confirmation email I got was answered "Scottish and (something)" - maybe Scottish and National Power, but I can't honestly remember the bit after the word Scottish. :p I'm in W Yorks if it makes any odds.

    Scottish and Southern ;) . They trade under the Swalec, Southern Electric, Scottish Hydro and Atlantic brands.

    0800 096 6344 is Ebico advisors at Scottish & Southern Energy. They very busy at the moment due to their placement in the price comparison tables but have advised that all calls and emails will be dealt with as soon as possible. :j
