Thanks again billsavings. I thought the web pages looked the same . I see how i get on with 1899 .I dont usually send so many text but i have been traveling for 4 months and i am trying to catch up with every one .

I've just noticed that 18185 have increased the price of sending a text from the web interface. It was 1p per text. The cost is now dependant on the country you are sms'ing. For a uk sms the cost is now 4p!!

these guys seem Ok at 2p a text BUT it is 4p if it a long text.

I have more than 100 SMS at 1p each on my 18185 invoices. However price jumped to 6p each on 10-Sept-2008 for normal single UK SMS. Why 6p?? This is now too costly compared to alternatives. Tried many times to email 18185 Customer Services to clarify but not working. Infuriating .. was previously pleased with 18185.

I checked my own invoice to find over the last few weeks these guys have upped the price of an international text from 1p to 6p.....YES....6p......ie 600% increase, no warning or mention of an increase for any reason at any time....sod them......will look elsewhere, you have been warned !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
