just a quickie.anybody having probs sending txts? been trying since 10.40 ( got the 300 txts sim) and all it says is sending,message not sent please try l8r.receiving is no problem.can't try my other sim out cos i've only got 7p credit on it.anybody any clues?

anybody got an alternative to 0906 302 4445.tried all numbers on the no 2 0870 site but can't get 2 speak to anybody.

This has happened to me a couple of times.

I tried switching off my mobile for a few minutes and then when I put it back on it seamed to be working fine.

Don't know if that was a coincidence, phone overload or if the network connection just needed refreshed. Not that mobile minded.

About the number. I don't think we (300 text sim users)
are allowed to use any other number. I tried to use a different number to be told that I had to call the 4445 number. 50p a min though. Bit dear.

You can email them but it can take up to 7 days to get a reply. This is the price we pay for the free texts I guess.

cheers.have tried that for a few mins at a time and the last go was an hour.still not doing owt.got b/f 2 txt me with no problem and it's not a problem with the fone cos i've tried the sim in 2 others.i emailed them a couple of hrs ago but i don't know why cos they're pretty useless.the service has got worse over the past year and not better as they claim.certainly not ringing cos their max timescale of being 20 mins on the fone is a laff.

will let u know IF it gets going again.

They are probably giving away so many of these sim cards that they cannot keep up with their customers.

Poor service if you ask me and you right it is getting worse.

I have sent a text from mine and it is working.

Have you asked anybody else in your area with this type of sim. It may be a signal issue in your area.

dunno anybody else where i am with the sim unfortunately.i've got £9 odd credit on it which is galling and yes i cud use the original sim but that means putting a tenner on it.shame they don't announce any such problems on the site.i saw 2day that they were having probs with people topping up.not sure if that was just online tho.

said i'd report back.couldn't send txts at all that day but it was sorted by 1am.
