Cancelled Orange Contract
Hiya, don't know if anyone can help me.
Have just bought out of my orange contract 3 months before minimum term. Have paid everything off so technically don't owe orange anything.
Just wondering if there's anything i need to do to make sure they have indeed cancelled it and what's more that they update my credit file to show no contract outstanding etc. My b/f had bad experience with them leaving him on his file when he shouldn't have been.
Have rung orange and they've told me that if i've paid all owed to them, shouldn't be a problem, just don't trust them. There's not even an Orange address I can find to write to them.
Any ideas??? Thanks in advance.
