You've got to be in it to win it,
Only do it if it makes you happy,
Just keep going remember a lot of the competitions may not have been drawn yet.
    KEEP POSITIVE, GOOD LUCK ALL

    114 wins in 2015, 94 wins in 2016
    121 Wins in 2017, 154 wins in 2018
    90 wins in 2019, 37 wins in 2020
    Good Luck and Thank You
  • I know how you feel. I started comping beginning of 2007 and it took me over six months to win anything and then I had several really nice prizes (shower, 1st class train tickets, Debenhams vouchers and a weekend away) in the second half of the year. As you can see from my signature I've had zilch this year though and I haven't changed the amount of comps I do (which is about 50 a day).

So keep at it, it makes all the time and effort seem worth it when you get that win.
Many thanks to all that post :T

    Keep going at it.
It took me a while to start winning things, what with the closing dates and then sometimes it takes the orginisers a while to get in touch with people.

I had a fabulous year last year, especially around Sept/Oct time. About two wins a month and some good ones.

As for lately, this month I have won the grand total of a tub of ice cream! (and that didn't last long in this house:rotfl: )

    So it comes and goes.
But I enjoy doing it, and my poor postie must think I'm a right nosey git, keep peeping round the net curtains to see if he has arrived!:rotfl:

I really hope you win something soon. My best win last year was at the local shopping centre were I won £500 of shopping vouchers, so do keep a lookout for these.

Also the radio sites are a good scource of comps, I recently won theatre tickets with smooth Fm. Radio phone-ins seem good too although I have never had the bottle to try these. Lots of luck
Make £2 a day challenge - doing well so far.
  • i first started competitons 2 yrs ago and didnt win anything for six moths so i gave up,then due to getting into debt i started doing competitions again last september, and enter about 40 to 50 a day only on things i need or can sell, and have seem to win something every week so far ,ive had three big wins now 40inch sony bravio lcd tv ,joe calzahge tickets for the big fight worth £600 and lost of small prizes and this week i won 10k on this morning,so dont give up it can be done,i also fnd im usually more lucky entering email competitions and entering local newspaper competitions and local comps as less people enter them.
hope you win something soon emx

Don't be discouraged- I'm sure a big prize is just around the corner.:)

I know it's a cliche butthe saying 'a watched pot never boils' can be true. Try not to think too much about winning. Most likely as soon as you forget about it you will win something!
    Back to comping!
    (Still hoping to win a...holiday!)
