been doing this 6 months and not won anything!

i have been entering on average about 40/50 comps a day on here and other sites but not won anything and i have been doing this 6 months. Has anyone else not had any wins?
Its depressing....i see all you peeps winning lots of lovelly things and i feel like all this effort has been for nothing.

dont give up, I have been comping for years, and won prizes but nothing big, ie holidays, money, cars, etc, but it has been great waiting for the postman, to see that letter saying congratulations. what types of competitions do you enter? it might be worth trying to enter different competitions, I belong to a comping group called LCC, where they list competitions as they are found. These involve supermarkets, text comps, etc. With this group, there have been a number of winners of really great prizes, like holidays, money in vouchers, etc.

Don't give up, think positive and those prizes will start coming in. yesterday I received a phone call to say I had won an apple tree with Coppella Apple Juice!! and have won a puma lucozade gym bag with a text comp.:j

I dont enter just any old comps as i dont agree with this. I only enter if i want the item or someone i know does or if it would sell lfor a huge amount on ebay lol.

So just curious but how often do you lot win comps then?

Well done for being so dedicated, I do comps in splurges!!
One day I really can't be bothered, then a small win comes through & I get all enthusiastic again, whithout that I may have given up, you are doing really well to keep going:T
I'm sure a win isn't far away for you, go for comps with loads of the same thing ( ones in the past have been blue iguana, lipstick, fabric softner etc ) you stand more of a chance of a small win & this will give you a little boost:D
I haven't won anything since the begining of the month feeling a bit fed up too:p

if you are doing an average of 40/50 comps a day every day i dont understand why you havent won anything??? most people that do an average of 40/50 comps a day will have won something within a 6 month period,i cant understand where your going wrong,are you only entering big comps???if so then i think your chances are slim,where as if you enter comps for a variety of stuff you have more chance of winning,on average i reckon one wins one competition in every thousand,sometimes more. good luck and i hope you win soon xxx

Im sure something will come your way, i enter around a hundred a day on average i think and have only this week won something that i consider special. But it really has made the last four months of comping worth it.

I suggest entering some smaller comps alongside the amazing prizes as they really do wet your appetite and keep you motivated, even if its just a dvd!

I have gone through periods where i haven't had anything for a while.

i think i average about 100 comps a day, which i always thought was a lot!

I agree with the idea of entering comps for smaller things, winning the occasional DVD or CD really helps with motivation.

oh yes, the comping group I belong to, only believe in entering competitions that they want the prizes for, they say that if you dont want it, don't enter it and let someone who really wants it stand a chance of winning the prize.

one lady posts almost daily to say she has won this, that, the other, some people post once a month advising they have won xxx amount of prizes, it ranges from 1 a month to 30/50 prizes a year depending on what they enter and how frequently. The chairperson of our group has just won a fantastic holiday to New Zealand!! one lady has just won £1000 worth of vouchers with Marks and Spencers. If you want to have a look, here is the link

no i do not just enter big comps i enter ones for smalller items llike dvds, cds too. i think im just unlucky.
