Problems With Onestopphoneshop

Ordered two new mobiles on contract last week, one for myself and one for my daughter.

First phone states 12 months FREE contract, received the phone but the paperwork states 11 months FREE. Have telephoned C.S. twice stll no response.

Ordered another phone, security seals on box broken i didn't want to use phone but against my better judgement used the phone. The problem is the door to the memory card slot keeps popping open. Phoned C.S. will get the returns dept to contact you to arrange a swap. Guess what, yes no phone call, really annoyed about this - two phones - two different problems - no response from customer services.

What do you recommend i do.

Check and see if carphonewarehouse is offering similar deal and cancel and go to them, i know owned by same people but c.s is slightley better with cpw and as least you could go into shop to deal with things.

If i'd known OSPS was a part of cpw i would'nt have ordered from them in the first place as i've had problems with them in the past.
Also the online deals are better than if i went to a shop.

One was on orange, the other on 3. They have contacted me today about the faulty phone and will give me a new one. But still nothing about the wrong tariff, will probably send it back.

They state on their website "If any changes are made within this period, we reserve the right to charge
you the difference in cost between the packages chosen."

The offer changed between order and delivery so they gave you the worse package.

Just out of interest, I think the same thing is going to happen to me (ordered k300i on 12months free, and is now showing as 11 month on website - I am still awaiting for delivery of the phone, but they won't tell me at CS whether it will be 11month or 12) What is the returns policy? Who pays for the return? Would I be best just not to accept delivery of the phone?

I have the email order confirmation and the order page i printed off the website when i placed the order and they both clearly state 12 months free. I ordered mine on the 17th July. their customer services have agreed with me it should be 12 months free, CHeck your order confirmations.
