My wand handle needs replacing, if i got them out to service my dyson as sometimes it take a few mins for the dyson to start lifting would they replace the wand handle inclusive of the service price or would that be ontop?The more i save the more i can spend:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0

i have a broken wand, and have purchased a replacement but cannot get the old wand away from the hose...i am scared of tearing it if i apply any more force.....dyson have been unable to help...any ideas please? its a dco1 model.0

the tools that sit on top of the dyson (such as the brush etc). I had my Dyson serviced this week for the £55 fee. They changed the motor, the tube, the brushes and other things I couldn't recognise (they leave you the old parts).
Well worth the money and you get a 1 year guarantee too.
