On the additions page go to track order at top of page..And then Existing Additions Direct Customer click yes and add your e-mail and password you set up on account...Then it opens page to show the status of your order...On the left click statement..it tells you total, any promotion codes and then it shows if they have refunded your card...We ordered a mobile being delivered on monday for DD birthday and we found this out today..It shows our refund...Hope it helps..:D

ordered 2 on friday and got confirmed emails yesterday. The pink one got the discount but the blue one didnt get the discount so had to cancel and now it's out of stock

yes you should be able to use it again so long as you register as a new customer with a different e-mail address as the code id for new customers. HTH
