I have not got my refund yet - I ordered yesterday and the 23.50 pending to come out of my account. I phoned bank and they say nothing pending to go back in my account! I just received it - now I am worried I wont get the refund

does anyone know if you do not have a partner etc how to do two orders? I do have two cards, but did not really want to use other. Do i just do a different email? or does it have to be different address? Or is there no way with same card?

I got my delivered yesterday ok. Checked my bank this morning, the credit went on first for £18.50 and then the debit for £23.50.

I've just checked my bank online and i've got 23.50 due out of my account (can tell with the two different balances).. So i guess I'm being charged full amount.. I got the £5 email so here's hoping it will work the same as others and I get the difference refunded.

Anyone know where the code came from in the beginning? was it targeted or advertised somewhere..
